The membership form is for new and renewal memberships. It is a fillable form that can be completed online then saved to your computer.
Be sure to mark on the form how you’d like to receive the Catch Pen newsletter (electronic or snail mail) and make a note if you don’t want your farm name and contact info to be posted on our free website membership listing.
Online payment can be made by credit card using the link provided on the form (N-CSA payment hub). With online payment you can submit the form by email to spindanceacres@gmail.com .
